Our founder Aaron Thornton was in the middle of renovating a home to list for sale and this particular home "had to have" an indoor/ outdoor aesthetic. Large accordion windows and doors was a MUST! The quotes he received from the "brand names" put the project way over budget. Due to his experience manufacturing overseas Aaron couldn't fathom how large the mark up must be. Refusing to pay what the industry was charging he went to the source and fostered relationships with suppliers personally and now DoorTheory sources and imports made-to-order doors and windows for an average of 45% less then the "brand names".
